These Terms are a contract between you and INFLNCED LLC ("INFLNCED," "we," "us"). They govern your use of the INFLNCED mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that you're not barred from using it under the laws of your country.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us right away at support@inflnced.app if you suspect unauthorized use. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
INFLNCED helps you discover fashion: turn outfit screenshots into a searchable closet, find lower-priced "dupes," track prices, and follow creators. We are a discovery tool, not a store. We don't sell products, hold inventory, ship orders, or process retail payments. When you tap "Shop," you leave INFLNCED and transact directly with a third-party retailer under their terms.
Product information — prices, availability, descriptions, images, and "dupe" comparisons — comes from third parties and automated matching. It may be wrong, out of date, or incomplete. Always confirm the details on the retailer's own site before you buy. Visual matches and dupe suggestions are approximations, not guarantees of similarity, authenticity, or quality.
Many links in INFLNCED are affiliate links: if you buy something after tapping one, we may earn a commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you. Where a creator posted the look, that creator may earn a share. This doesn't change the price you pay and doesn't influence whether an item can appear in the app.
INFLNCED Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings — not in the app. Except where the law or the app store requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and partial periods aren't refunded. If we change the price of a subscription, we'll tell you in advance and the change takes effect on your next renewal.
"Your Content" means anything you add to the Service: photos you upload, wardrobe items, style profiles, creator handle and bio, and — for creators — looks you post or import from a connected account.
You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant INFLNCED a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example, resize or crop), and display Your Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. For content a creator posts publicly (looks and profile information), that license also covers showing it to other users and in features that promote the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except that we may retain backup copies for a limited time and may keep copies we're required to keep by law.
You represent that you have the rights to Your Content and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. Don't upload photos you don't have permission to use. If you connect an Instagram account, you confirm you own or control it and are allowed to import its content into INFLNCED.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Being an approved creator is a privilege we grant and can revoke. Looks you submit go through review before they're visible to others; we may reject or remove any look for any reason. Commission rates, payout thresholds, and timing are described when you join the program and may change with notice. You're responsible for the tax consequences of anything you earn. You must clearly disclose affiliate or sponsored relationships as required by the FTC and applicable law.
We may review, remove, or restrict content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create legal or safety risk. Where practical we'll tell you why, but we may act without notice when the situation requires it. You can report content or a creator from within the app, or email support@inflnced.app.
The Service — the app, its design, logos, and the "INFLNCED" name, and everything we create for it — belongs to INFLNCED and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store's terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Service relies on and links to third parties — Apple, Google, Instagram / Meta, Supabase, RevenueCat, and retailers. We're not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, if we're required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example: Your Content license for lawful/backup retention, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT PRODUCT INFORMATION OR PRICES ARE ACCURATE, OR THAT ANY "DUPE" OR VISUAL MATCH MEETS YOUR EXPECTATIONS. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFLNCED AND ITS OWNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $50. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INFLNCED and its owners from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except that either party may seek an injunction in any court to protect intellectual property or confidential information. Before filing anything, contact us at support@inflnced.app and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
We may update these Terms. If the changes are material, we'll notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
